My recent stay at the hotel was exceptional. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the charming Old City. The hotel itself had a stylish and modern design, with high ceilings, wooden beams, and large windows that added to its atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay extra special. The room was spacious and modern, with a large bathroom and a comfortable living area. The breakfast, although more Italian in nature, was delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb hospitality and comfortable accommodations.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the medieval streets, making it convenient to explore the charming Citta Alta. You'll find several restaurants just a stone's throw away, allowing for easy access to delicious local cuisine. the hotel is located in the centre of the upper part of the city, providing stunning views of the surrounding area. The rooms are well-designed with a modern touch, and the staff is welcoming and efficient.
One downside is that the bathroom layout could be improved. The lack of space between the door and the staircase can be quite problematic, and the steel staircase itself is slippery and dangerous.

We had an incredible stay at this place, located right in the heart of the medieval old town. The location was superb with easy access to everything. The staff here provided top-notch quality services including car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance. The room was very comfortable, soundproofed, with a sitting area, in-room safe, flat-screen TV. We also loved the dining restaurant, buffet and bar lounge area, where we had the opportunity to enjoy a delicious dinner and a welcome drink.
This hotel is highly recommended to anyone.
